A legal disclaimer

Privacy Policy - the basics

I, Jennifer, as a Personal Development Practitioner, have a legal and moral obligation to keep all information private and safe from unknown parties. Following the strict guidelines of the Data Protection Act 2018  and the GDPR.

The only times this does not come into effect are:

  • a) Suspicions of a person/ persons may be at risk of harm financially, physically or mentally.

  • b) There are suspected signs of terrorism/extremism. Terrorism Act 2000.

  • c) Drug trafficking is suspected, Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986. 

My role.

I am not a qualified Therapist, Doctor, or registered Counsellor. I cannot legally give medical advice/treatments. My role is that of guidance. I will first and foremost always refer you to a professional field when I feel you require more than I can offer. I take my position seriously and would never offer something that I am not qualified to share.

Payments/Refunds

I do not see any type of financial details other than how much has been paid and by whom. I use a trusted financial merchant, "Stripe".

 

Please see details below for payment requirements..

  • Your payments are made for services to me, your Personal Development Practitioner.

  • Receipts are always dated; these dates/payment amounts cannot and will not be amended.

  • I do not share financial details with anyone other than the original owner of the payment source.

  • I can create a physical copy aswel as an emailed receipt upon request.

  • Payments are made before each session.

  • If you need to reschedule. I will require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • If you wish to cancel, I will require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for a full refund of the service booked. Anything past this timescale will forfeit all monies paid.

  • For block bookings, the above also applies.

  • In the event I need to reschedule or cancel, I will always give the option of a full refund or a new date that suits us both.

Sessions

Before each session begins, I will have already sent you a "check-in" form. This is a list of questions with a 1-10 rating. 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, to help me navigate how you are feeling before each session. This will also include a section where you can let me know any specific areas you want to cover in our 50-minute session.

You will also receive an online link to the session.

The ending

Our working relationship will inevitably come to an end. However, this does not mean you cannot get in contact again. I have an open-door policy, meaning you are welcome to re-book with the understanding that it's perfectly acceptable to revisit if you are feeling lost, you are always welcome for a refresher, but to remember, we work together to help you help yourself.

Shop

Any items purchased from the store will be sent via Inpost. This option can have your order sent to a locker/shop or to your own home address.

 

If, for some sad reason, you need to return, please contact me first with issue details and order number. I offer a 14-day money-back return. Please ensure items are returned unused.
